Men don’t seem to want to grow up and be men because, well, they don’t have to. Their relationship prospects don’t seem to require it, so they choose not to. Today’s woman doesn’t need the mature adult who is ready for marriage and fatherhood, so many of us no longer offer that option. God has a purpose and a plan for men, that when they take their rightful place in society, society functions the way God intended.
It can be difficult for us as Christian women to know our purpose. There are so many voices shouting at us, suggesting all kinds of goals for women. But God’s Word rises majestically above the clamor, the good news is that God doesn’t ask a thousand or even a hundred things of His women. It’s profoundly liberating to know your purpose in life.
We believe in the Covenant of Marriage according to the enduring pattern and principles of the Bible. Marriage is a journey between a man and women that is filled with adventure and excitement. To invest into your marriage by spending time with like-minded people who want to honour God and honour each other is what we believe our Marriage Course is all about.
“Healing, Educating, Addicted, Lives”, is a ministry time for recovering addicts and their families. We are very aware that there is a desperate need for people and families to be equipped and cared for around the area of addiction in its many forms. We want to empower families to overcome these challenges and live to their full potential in Christ.
The Alpha Course is a course which seeks to introduce the basics of the Christian Faith, described by its organisers as “an opportunity to explore the meaning of life”. Alpha Courses are being run in churches, homes, workplaces, prisons, universities and a wide variety of other locations. The course is being run around the world by all major Christian Denominations.
In a generation of parentless children and a society where discipline and correction are becoming more and more foreign, we want the Word of God to illuminate and guide the way we raise our children. We believe the Bible is our “blue print” for raising our children, like stars in the universe, to shine into a dark and confused generation.
